Delivery schedule: Seller shall deliver the commodity on CIF basis. First shipment or only shipment will be effected 30 days from receipt and acceptance of Letter of Credit by Seller s Bank.

Terms: Irrevocable, Transferable or Non-Transferable, Confirmed Letter Of Credit 100% payable at sight of Ocean Bill of Lading; Bank Guarantee; Wire Transfer payment at loading port; or SBLC.

Conditions: Buyer agrees to purchase a minimum of 1,000MT

Inspection: SGS, CCIC, CIQ or internationally recognized independent surveyor mutually agreed upon between Buyer and Seller. Loading port inspection at Sellers expense.
